DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY, RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
While JJ’s makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be delayed by any number of factors, including weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical problems and (or) any other cause or condition beyond JJ’s control. JJ’s reserves the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule or route without notice.
JJ’s assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, inconvenience, delay, or expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions, and (or) regulations, from an act or omission of any individual, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems or any other cause or condition beyond JJ’s control.
In the event that any of JJ’s property or equipment is damaged, defaced, lost, and (or) stolen during the booking, the Credit Card Holder on file will be held fully responsible for any repairs, cleaning fees, replacement costs, and vehicle downtime that occurs.
JJ’s is not responsible for any down-time that might occur during a booking due to damage, road conditions, inclement weather, passenger illness, or any other situation that is beyond JJ’s control. Downtime created by the action of passengers in the Credit Card Holder’s party will be charged up to 8 hrs per day or ($1099 per day) until the vehicle is back in operation. The cost of getting the vehicle cleaned or detailed due to any passenger in the Credit Card Holder’s party becoming physically ill or vomiting will be incurred by the Credit Card Holder. This includes electronics, flooring, seats, furniture, and or fixtures disturbed or destroyed by passengers in the Card Holder’s party.
At the time of booking the customer’s credit card will be retained for a period of 7 days on file. JJ’s requires a 50%, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking with the balance due the day the transportation takes place.
JJ’s reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the booking price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or fails to comply with the rules, terms and conditions applicable to the booking. If you witness disorderly conduct or suspect a problem with a fellow passenger please notify your driver immediately.
By booking transportation with JJ’s, you hereby consent to JJ’s use of your voice, image or likeness incidental to any video and/or audio-recorded program or photograph of the tour for any and all purposes without compensation to you.
Any person under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a person at least 18 years of age or older at all times.
JJ’s is insured by Farm Bureau of Traverse City through Amerisure. Our PIP insurance covers $250,000 per person per occurrence in the event of an emergency.
